UNDERSTANDING THE MEANING BEHING BEHAVIORS (CAREGIVERS AND PROFESSIONALS)
This workshop is ideal for families and professionals who work with individuals that display expressive behaviors. Display of physical, verbal, and sexual behaviors is often a form of communication indicating an unmet need. You are the private investigator that has to interpret these signs and find ways to meet the need. Participants will learn and problem solve in a supportive environment. During workshops, Marti Hannon CTRS, Founder of World Changer Consulting, will guide participants through the signs of escalating behavior and effective techniques to validate, redirect, and engage.
