Focus your mind-body connection while strengthening your body from the core out. Pilates aims to lengthen your muscles, improve flexibility, maximize core strength, support joint health and in turn create overall more fluid movement within the body. Sounds like just the right activity to kick off your week!
Note: Limited to 20-25 people per class. Individuals should be able to participate in physical activity without medical concerns. Come dressed in comfortable exercise attire and bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle.

$60 for a 10 class punch card
