Creative ideas will take form when participants release their artistic visions as they are engaged in making functional ceramic art pieces. Cups, plates, vases and more, students will be able to experience the ceramic making process from beginning to end. This five week class consists of two-day sessions that meet twice a week on Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 11am. Participants can register for one session or all of them! Material cost and snacks are included in price.
Limited to 12 participants per session. Participants should feel comfortable with getting their hands dirty with materials such as paint, glue and/or clay. Participants should also be able to handle basic cutting tools such as scissors, needle and thread, x-acto knives and other sharp objects. s.
